She left when was a girl - Partì che era una bambina

The girl woke up sad
after the long journey
to escape from loneliness.
Had departed in silence,
ever more willing to talk,
to follow his sea ...

Here she is looking at herself , reflected in the mirror.
The sun through the leaves
painted light green white walls,
face immersed in the beautiful garden,
this dream is a small shelter,
away.

He left when was a girl,
left trembling
looking for love,
leaving the hopes
of childhood,
caresses safe
of return.

She cried in that sad morning,
cried the mother,
games, dad at work,
cried the mirror
of her being lonely and deep.
The time of posting
disappeared in an instant,
the little girl of then
is already an adult.
From the path to the clearing
looking approach,
with step infirm,
an elderly woman.
She ran to the door,
intrigued by the unexpected visit
in that cold afternoon in winter.

The trees covered by snow,
clear skies for the first stars
welcomed this meeting.
"Mom!" - She said, and hugged her.
"Baby, to me you are always a baby,
since you left I wanted
that you found happiness.
I now return
that you're not alone anymore,
with the same immense love
for your freedom. "

La ragazza si svegliò triste
dopo il lungo viaggio
per fuggire dalla solitudine.
Si era allontanata in silenzio,
mai più disposta a parlare,
per seguire il suo mare...

Eccola guardarsi, riflessa nello specchio.
Il Sole tra le foglie
dipinge di luce verde le pareti bianche,
il volto immerso nel meraviglioso giardino,
è un sogno questo piccolo riparo,
lontano.

Partì che era una bambina,
partì tremante
in cerca dell'amore,
lasciando le speranze
della tenera infanzia,
le carezze sicure
del ritorno.

Pianse in quel triste mattino,
pianse la mamma,
i giochi, il papà al lavoro,
pianse quello specchio
del suo essere solitario e profondo.

Il tempo del distacco
scomparve in un istante,
la piccola fanciulla di allora
è già grande.
Dal sentiero alla radura
osserva avvicinarsi,
con passo infermo,
una donna anziana.

Corse alla porta,
incuriosita dalla visita inaspettata
in quel pomeriggio freddo d'inverno.

Gli alberi coperti dalla neve,
il cielo limpido per le prime stelle
accolse quest'incontro.

"Mamma!" - disse, e l'abbracciò.
"Piccola, per me sei sempre piccola,
da quando sei partita ho desiderato
che tu trovassi la felicità.
Ritorno adesso
che non sei più sola,
con lo stesso immenso amore
per la tua libertà".
