Un letto di nuvole

tra le cime delle Dolomiti,

il profumo degli alberi,

un dipinto di stelle,

la luce della Luna

nelle notti buie,

una bella solitudine,

il canto dei passerotti,

l’alternarsi delle stagioni,

amore per la Natura,

immutabile, infinita,

fedele, appagante.

A bed of clouds 

between the peaks of the Dolomites, 

the smell of the trees, 

a painting of stars, 

the Moon light

on dark nights, 

a lovely solitude, 

the singing of the birds, 

the alternation of the seasons, 

love for Nature, 

unchanging, infinite, 

faithful, satisfying.

Sei vento - You are wind

Sei vento che soffia
tra gli alberi del paradiso,
vibra al suono della tua voce
la foresta immensa della mia anima,
si coprono di rami e foglie
le tracce ancora fresche.
Tutto è calmo adesso,
la notte è ormai la voce del silenzio,
soltanto un germoglio nasce
dal seme portato dal vento.

You are wind blowing
among the trees of paradise,
vibrates to the sound of your voice
the immense forest of my soul,
are covered with branches and leaves
tracks still fresh.
All is calm now,
the night is now the voice of silence,
only a sprout is born
from seed carried by the wind.

Acqua per la mia anima - Water for my soul

Passa tra le tue mani
il confine dell'universo,
le tue labbra colorano il cielo,
la tua dolcezza è acqua
per la mia anima
che vaga assetata nel deserto.
E' scomparsa la luce
da quando hai chiuso gli occhi,
le foglie hanno lasciato gli alberi
e l'inverno custodisce nella neve
una piccola tana
al riparo dai lupi solitari.

Between your hands
the edge of the universe,
your lips color the sky,
your kindness is water
for my soul
wandering thirsty in the desert.
It's disappeared light
since you closed your eyes,
the leaves have left the trees
and the winter preserves  in the snow
a small hole
sheltered from the lone wolves.

Anima rosa - Pink soul

Palpebre di cielo,
pelle di nuvola,
anima rosa
di tramonto
sul mare sconfinato,
isola solitaria,

racchiudi il mio essere,

mi accarezza il vento
che nasce dalla tua Natura,
sorgente sotterranea
attraversi la Terra intera
fino a bagnare il mio cuore
con la tua purezza.

Eyelids sky,
cloud skin,
pink soul
sunset
on the boundless sea,
lonely island,
you enclose my being,
caresses me the wind
that comes from your Nature,
underground source
pass through the entire Earth
to wet my heart
with your purity.

As in a leaf
life flows,
the rain falls
and wash all wounds.
Skip the sad season,
a blanket of snow
now reflects the Sun,
dissolves slowly
missing you,
my face on your hand
disappears in the distance.

scorre la vita,
scende la pioggia
e lava ogni ferita.
Passa la triste stagione,
un manto di neve
riflette ormai il Sole,
si scioglie pian piano
la tua mancanza,
il mio viso sulla tua mano
scompare in lontananza.

Feeling your love

A music of gestures and words,
looks and light in the eyes,
calm reflections, elusive,
comings and goings of melancholy memories,
from present to past,
yet present,
searching for absence,
essence,
feeling the love
with the dawning day,
even at sunset then dies,
becomes night, in the spaces  the stars,
flames of divine lonely angels
telling stories for those who will listen,
makes me serene to feel your love.

una lacrima che brilla
diventa la tua stella.

Una rosa sul mio cuscino - A rose on my pillow

Una rosa sul mio cuscino
fiorisce ogni mattino,
rossa come il tramonto,
blu sull'acqua di uno stagno
mentre cala la notte,
si illumina di brina,
si colora con il Sole.
Intorno l'erba canta
col vento di speranza,
riappare su un ruscello
che scende fino a valle,
aggrappata a un ramo
di abete grigio neve,
distesa la mia rosa
nell'acqua si disseta,
si ferma ormai stanca,
la vedo in lontananza,
eppure è qui vicino
distesa sul cuscino.

A rose on my pillow
blooms every morning,
red like the sunset,
blue on the water of a pond
when night falls,
lights of frost,
is colored with the Sun
Around the grass is singing
with the wind of hope,
reappears on a stream
going down to the valley,
clinging to a branch
fir gray snow,
lying my rose
quenches her thirst of water,
stops tired,
I see her in the distance,
and yet  is here close
lying on the pillow.

Sei nel mio cuore
come in un piccolo giaciglio,
cullata dal vento dei boschi.
Sei nei miei occhi
come l'angolo di cielo
che ogni giorno mi guida
con la sua stella solitaria.
In questo silenzio
pieno dei tuoi occhi
e del tuo cuore
inizia la notte,
mi culla il tuo amore.
